TV AND radio personality MaBlerh, whose real name is Mthokozisi Cele, is set to host The Real Housewives of Durban reunion for the second consecutive year.
Showmax will air the reunion in two parts on 15 May and 22 May 2024, marking MaBlerh the first African to host multiple reunions of The Real Housewives franchise, including The Real Housewives of Gqeberha S1 and The Real Housewives of Johannesburg S3.
MaBlerh shared his excitement about this milestone, emphasising his commitment to delivering an engaging experience for both the ladies and the audience.
"Being the record-breaking African host for these reunions is an honour. I'm thrilled to return. We've built a rapport that will make this year's reunion even more comfortable for the ladies," MaBlerh said.
He also highlighted the importance of addressing the audience's investment in the show.

"I understand how invested our audience is, which is why I approach these reunions with the seriousness they deserve."
Reflecting on last year's reunion, MaBlerh noted the challenges due to tensions among the cast but promised a thorough exploration of the issues in season 4.
"Despite differences, I'm committed to uncovering the truth and holding the ladies accountable," he said.
Sam Kelly, executive producer at Let it Rain Films, praised MaBlerh's hosting skills, citing his deep connection with the franchise and ability to handle sensitive themes gracefully.

The season 4 finale of The Real Housewives of Durban made waves on the internet, becoming the number-one trending topic in Mzansi on 24 April.
