RAPPER and TV host Molemo "Jub Jub" Maarohanye will appear in the Joburg Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 23 April.

This comes after the 43-year-old's matter was postponed on Tuesday, 12 March 2024.

In July 2023, the Uyajola 99 host was released on bail of R10 000 after he turned himself in at Brixton Police Station.

The Ndikhokhele hitmaker is facing several charges, including rape, kidnapping and assault.

His bail condition stated that he must not communicate or attempt to communicate with the victims or complainants.

Magistrate Betty Khumalo said the matter was still ongoing.

This came after Jub Jub's defence lawyer Terrence Ntsako Baloyi had asked for an extension in March 2024 to revisit his client's documents.

Baloyi said he was satisfied with the extension granted by Khumalo last month.
