WHEN the TV series The Black Door underwent a dramatic change and became Isitha: The Enemy on e.tv, all sex workers were left behind in 2023.
A year later, actress Thabisile Zikhali, who had played a naughty sex worker in The Black Door, returned to the series to play a different role.
The 29-year-old actress from KwaMashu, north of Durban, will be seen in Isitha: The Enemy from Monday, 6 May.
She told Daily Sun she won't reveal her role for now because she wants viewers to stay in front of the TV.
"I’m excited to be working with Black Brain Pictures again. I think I nailed my role as a sex worker in The Black Door and that's why I reprised it in Isitha: The Enemy.
"I liked the role of this sex worker, but this time I’m playing a different one to show the audience my different acting talent," Thabisile said.
