They were arrested after an incident at the Talenteng Entertainment Centre at Mashite Village, in GaMphahlele outside Polokwane, last Thursday.
A scuffle had broken out between the Moraswis and the father of Jacky (26) and Ruben (46) Tema.
The two brothers died of gunshot wounds and their father was injured.
Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo said Lehutse allegedly shot the Tema brothers with his licensed firearm, instantly killing Jacky, critically wounding Ruben, and injuring their dad.
Mpho, who produces the Madibogo a Gauta weekend drive show, was granted bail of R1 000 on Monday in the Lebowakgomo Magistrates Court.
Lehutse was denied bail.
“Ruben succumbed to his injuries in hospital on Saturday while the father is still recuperating in hospital,” Mojapelo said.
He said a vehicle apparently belonging to one of the Moraswi brothers was burnt to ashes by an angry mob after the incident.

Acting SABC spokeswoman Mmoni Seapolelo said the matter was being handled by the police.
