SANGOMA Thomas Matjomane (80) from Kgaphamadi Village outside Groblersdal in Limpopo was worried about the rampant livestock theft in his area.
He said thugs would even slaughter cattle in their enclosures and steal the meat.
So, he came up with a plan to fight this.
