A YOUNG man was set alight with a burning tyre at Madelakufa informal settlement in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni on Monday, 25 March.

It's alleged that the man, who is aged between 25 and 30, was beaten before he was burnt.

Residents told Daily Sun they were tired of house burglaries in the area.
